Tony to Eva: I'm Divorcing You!
Eva already filed her papers citing "irreconcilable differences" and according to TMZ, Tony has filed stating marriage has become " insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation".
The best part is how he stated the marriage has become "insupportable because of conflict" as the reason that it ended. I wonder if court documents have a box you can fill out that says "I was caught sexting." That's obviously becoming a popular reason for divorce so they might wanna include that. After all, it is almost 2011 and the courts gotta get with the times.
Eva also wants Tony to pay spousal support, not that she needs the money but because he f***ed up. Get that checkbook out Tony! Those were some really expensive sexts you sent!
