Why Lady GaGa Wear Clothes?

Lady Gaga was wearing one of her unusual outfits in NYC. What’s the point of even wearing clothes if she’s going to wear that? Her cooch showed in that underwear and the only thing covered were her nipples. Might as well have left the black “cover up” at home.
